This Privacy Policy describes how Logomotion ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website at https://logomotion.design and related services (the "Service"). Bring your logo to life in one click. Upload your logo, pick a style, preview a vertical brand video, and export it in your browser.

By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Logo and image files — processed on your device

We do not upload, store, or retain your logo files, custom frame images, or exported videos on our servers. When you upload a logo or add custom frame images in the create studio, those files are read and processed entirely in your web browser. Preview rendering and video export also run locally on your device. Your creative files remain under your control and are not transmitted to us for storage or processing on our backend.

Some style preferences (such as brand colour selections in certain modes) may be saved in your browser's local storage on your device. Draft project settings may also be cached locally when you sign in to export. That data is not sent to our servers unless you separately provide it to us (for example, in a support email).

2. Information we collect

2.1 Account information (optional)

If you create an account or sign in, we may collect your name, email address, and profile image URL (for example, when you sign in with Google or a magic link sent to your email). Account records are stored in our database so we can authenticate you and manage access to paid features.

2.2 Payment information

If you purchase a paid plan, payments are processed by Stripe. We receive billing-related information from Stripe (such as your name, email, subscription status, and transaction identifiers) but we do not receive or store your full payment card details. Stripe's handling of payment data is governed by Stripe's privacy policy.

2.3 Communications and marketing

If you contact support, join a waitlist, or subscribe to updates, we collect the information you provide (typically your email address and message content) so we can respond or send the communications you requested.

2.4 Technical and usage information

When you visit the Service, we and our infrastructure providers may automatically collect certain technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits. We use this information to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

2.5 Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies where necessary to operate the Service — for example, to keep you signed in, remember session preferences, and protect against abuse. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling certain cookies may limit functionality (such as staying logged in).

  • Service providers: with vendors who help us operate the Service, such as hosting providers, database providers (MongoDB Atlas), payment processors (Stripe), email delivery providers (Resend), and authentication providers (Google), under contractual obligations to protect your data;
  • Legal and safety: if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our users, or others;
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy;
  • With your direction: when you ask us to or otherwise consent.

6. International data transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter. You may request deletion of your account as described below.
